The National Trust’s Coughton Court is seeking volunteers in a variety of roles to become part of its warm and friendly team. There are lots of exciting volunteering opportunities available for people of all ages, interests and backgrounds including Room Guides, Catering and Retail Assistant, Social Media Co-ordinators and Visitor Reception Assistants.
Pop in to Coughton on Sunday 3 February between 11am and 3pm for a chance to meet the teams, ask questions and have a chat with current volunteers and staff. This is the perfect opportunity to get a feel for the property, sit down and relax with a cup of tea, fill in a registration form or take away some information.
Nick Taylor, Volunteer Manager at Coughton says, ‘We’re hoping to recruit new volunteers to join the team here at Coughton, helping to share the history of the house with visitors and also welcoming our visitors in the shop, restaurant, gardens and reception. We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident people who thrive on working as part of a team and want to play a vital role in sharing this beautiful property with others.’
