The organisers of Nocturne Live, the four-day concert series that returns to Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire this summer, announce today that Elvis Costello, The Waterboys and Nick Lowe will perform at the event on Saturday June 16th. The triple bill presents an exclusive opportunity to see three of the UK’s most revered, idiosyncratic songwriters on the same bill as they perform music from across their extensive back catalogues against the backdrop of The Great Court at Blenheim Palace. Lowe famously produced Costello’s first five albums and this concert will signal the first time the two have shared a bill since 2013.
Elvis Costello, The Waterboys and Nick Lowe join Gary Barlow and Nile Rodgers & CHIC on the line-up for this summer’s Nocturne Live series, which takes place at Blenheim Palace from June 14th – 17th 2018. The line-up for Friday June 15th will be announced in due course.
Tickets for Elvis Costello, The Waterboys and Nick Lowe start at £40 and go on sale at 9am on Friday February 9th. Tickets, along with a limited number of VIP packages – which provide an exclusive opportunity to dine in the State Rooms of Blenheim Palace – are available from www.nocturnelive.com.
