Teatro Youth and the Royal Spa Centre are bringing a new show to their main stage this Spring ‘Hiawatha’ by Michael Bogdanoff from the epic Henry Longfellow poem.
The legend of Hiawatha and his attempt to unite the warring tribes of North American Iroquois Indians became a huge best seller when he wrote it in the mid-19th Century.
This adapted version by Michael Bogdanoff for the National Theatre capture all the excitement, vitality and folklore of the original.
For their third Lottery/Children in Need funded project, Teatro, has brought together an exciting team of professional practitioners working with masks, dance, acrobatics, drumming, singing and unforgettable storytelling to create an evening of unforgettable total theatre for all the family.
