 Sparkling Lime & Ginger Cooler:

In a blender, place a 3 inch piece of fresh ginger, the juice of 6 limes and 6 cups of sparkling water. Blend well and serve over lots of ice.

Orange Tang:

Take three large peeled oranges, half a peeled lemon and half an inch of ginger. Blend well, pour over ice in a big glass and top up with soda.
