guacamole with cruditesAvocados are full of essential healthy fats and are fantastic for your skin. 0% fat Greek yoghurt is a healthy hero, adding protein to fuel your muscles, and chilli is reported to give your metabolism a boost. A great starter if you need some extra energy.

What you need:

2 small ripe avocado

2 fresh red chilli

2 limes

2 tablespoon of fat free Greek yogurt

Fresh crudités to dip: Sticks of carrots, red pepper, cucumber, celery, raddish: Use your imagination and pile a plate up with multi coloured sticks of your favourite veg.

What to do:

Scoop out the flesh of the avocados and put into a bowl with the juice of the limes, and chop roughly with a knife. Next, finely chop the chilli. Use as much or as little as you like and test how hot the chilli is first.

Add this to the avocado along with the Greek yoghurt, and give it all a good mix.

Serve alongside the chopped vegetable sticks
