A survey by flower delivery experts Interflora has revealed that women who propose on Valentine's Day stand a sixty three percent chance of getting a yes. Men aged 26-35 are most likely to say yes (68%) and the odds on an engagement are best when both partners own a pet together (81%)!

Romantic hot spots are East Anglia and the South East, excluding London itself, while men in the North East are most likely to reject a proposal (49%).
